The one with the tea

Post-partum startup Hey Ingrid was looking for a tone of voice. Like Frank Body, but not Frank Body. Tricky.
We started with a tone workshop and settled on a voice that was irreverent, but not just another Frank clone. After that it was easy: a few nourishing product descriptions and an organic strapline or two. Web copy that told the story but wasn’t afraid to be whimsical. I think more businesses are starting to get it: it’s okay to have fun with these things.
